This page covers Miles and the four tools on it — Flip, Keystream, Peek and Glyph. The short version: these tools run entirely inside your browser, and there is no server to send anything to.
Nothing. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies. No personal information is requested, transmitted or stored.
When you drop a file or folder into Peek, it is read and displayed by your own browser. It is never uploaded, copied or transmitted anywhere. The same applies to anything you type into Glyph or Keystream. Close the tab and it is gone.
Some small preferences are saved locally so the tools behave sensibly between visits. These stay in your browser's own storage and are never sent anywhere:
sessionStorage, which clears when you close the tablocalStorageClearing your browser's site data removes all of it.
If you add this page to your home screen or dock, your browser stores a copy of the page and its icons so it keeps working without a connection. This is a local cache and contains nothing about you.
The "Buy me a coffee" button opens a checkout page hosted by Stripe. Payment details are entered on Stripe's own page and handled entirely by Stripe — they are never seen by, or passed through, this site. If you choose to pay, that transaction is governed by Stripe's privacy policy. Nobody is asked or required to pay to use any of these tools.
No third-party scripts, fonts, embeds or content delivery networks are loaded. Aside from a payment, if you choose to make one, nothing leaves your device.
These tools are suitable for all ages. Since no information is collected from anyone, none is collected from children either.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
Questions about this policy can be sent to the address listed on the site's Instagram profile.
